Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign up with just your email. We only ask for payment when your 14-day trial ends.

What happens after the trial?

If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only. You can still see your data, but you can't create new bookings or keep your profile published. Subscribe anytime to reactivate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do client deposits work?

Clients pay deposits directly through Stripe when they book. Connect your bank with Stripe Connect during onboarding to receive payouts automatically.

Do you charge a per-booking fee?

No per-booking fee from us. Stripe's standard processing rates apply (2.9% + 30¢) on deposits clients pay.

How does the affiliate gear program work?

You build gear lists from our 800+ product catalog and recommend them to clients in post-trip emails. When clients buy through your links, you earn the commission.
